Some great choices here. Don't tell DP about "Just Like Heaven", he may disparage your taste...in a public forum. Shhhh... I love that song too. This is one of my favorite Bob Marley songs, but for some reason I always sing "Pajamas" instead of "Jammin'." "Joey" reminds me of a first love. Courtney Love reminds me of why heroin is a bad idea. This post reminds me that MG is funny. (Did I need reminding?) And it is settled. I need to buy me some Eels.

ReplyDeleteIt was refreshing to see such an angry song on your top list. I'm the same in that I love angry music. I think that's why all my guilty pleasure bands are freaky.
Happy songs make me angry. Sad songs make me happy. Angry songs make me happy too. But sometimes they just make me angry. And hungry.
