I have been inspired to listen to more Peter Bjorn and John from our Swedish discussion earlier in the week. This song was on Peter Bjorn and John Radio, and I liked it. But the video made me love it. Enjoy.
Oh yeah, we discovered this song last year. Very fun - I believe Dan found the video and that's what prompted me to recommend Hugo to him. Very Georges Melies (like Tonight, Tonight).
This is a very fun song. However, I must point out that this song has been on the Walmart playlist for about 8 months. Let that sink in Misty - Walmart.
The video is exceptional. I fondly remember a debate with Justin about how well the video was done. He hated it, said something about it being to artsy-fartsy. MG had my back.
What on earth is the Walmart playlist. I haven't shopped at Walmart for 15 years. That was mostly my point, the video is awesome. And I can't express how much I hate the term "artsy fartsy".
I will listen to this when I get home (stupid work won't let me play it).
ReplyDeleteSo are you more of a Peter person, Bjorn person or John person?

ReplyDeleteTotally Bjorn
ReplyDeleteAnd just think, you work with a Bjornlie! How cool is that?!??!?
ReplyDeleteAsk me again, Monday 12:30.
ReplyDeleteWell played, ma'am...well played.
